Modernist Deck House
Modern Deck House:
The custom Deck House was originally designed by architect Ralph Le Blanc in 1965. The new owners opted to expand the Kitchen, and Family areas to the main level while adding a much needed Guest Suite. The original carport was structurally deficient and did not enhance the main house and landscape.
Working with landscape architects at the Sudbury Design Group, the architect added over 1,000 square feet of new Living, Kitchen and Dining areas. Outside terracing and landscaping helped enhance the client's expanded Modernist vision for their home.
