There are a number of nice, reasonable, electric cook tops around. Not sure what the association has in mind for a replacement style but will need to buy a new one. My replacement is not due for replacement for another 6 years, unless it stops working. Can buy one now and take credit when due for replacement.

54 inch farm house table for sale through Houzz. Not alot of choices for this size. Why this size?? Any larger is too cramped.
Counter top like this(Ceasar/formica?), is a possibility. There is also a grey formica that had a nice, modern look if we decided to control cost with formica v.s. Cesarstone/manufactured quartz. There is a nice manufactured quartz at Home Depot I like. I can show you on Monday. Probably around $70/sq. ft.
Eliminate area in kitchen which extends with seating for one. Extend new kitchen counter out a little like this one to allow same type of sitting arrangement for one chair so we can eliminate the counter that protrudes into the kitchen. Put small portable refrigerator underneath next to "one seat"area(must view kitchen to see) for wine.
Would a square table work in the dinning room v.s. a 55 inch farm house table? 55 inch is the maximum length that will fit. Same length as current oval table in there now. I prefer to keep oval table but upgrade leaf and change seat fabric with current chairs. I fed 6 people at the current table and logistically it was fine. Plenty of room and easy to serve company from kitchen with the oval table and fit 6 chairs/people. Once my back is healed I plan on entertaining again. Can discuss.
Bedroom closet replacement(upgrade). Provides mirror to view attire once dressed and opens up view in closet. Sliding doors are restrictive. I like to see ALL of my clothing choices when dressing. I prefer closet doors with mirrors. Also I need to find better avcess(fan doors, no mirror?) where my washer and dryer is stacked. Difficult to keep pushing one sliding doors, then another, repeat, to go from supplies to appliance to wash and dry.
Idea for cabinet upgrade in bathrooms. Basic cabinet style. Can use same manufactured quartz style I like(kitchen) for these counters or you can design something else. Julie, I am fine with you designing the whole upgrade; paint, counters, cabinets, etc. You have good taste and whatever you sekect is fine with me. Surprise me!

Fireplace grate. Might think about upgrading fireplace. I think it would look nice and "class up" the living room. Noticed this place near me that has these nice built in grates(see photo).
Good idea for my dinning room. I like color. Just wanted this on file for color scheme idea.
