Excellent for a mother-in-law suite, guest house, home business/office or my personal favorite MY DREAM STUDIO! Of course, the exterior would have to match the main house's style, be it Craftsman, French Tudor, Mediterranean, Victorian, etc.. You've got the idea. ; )
The ultimate basement/Man's Cave perks. Also makes a perfect Teen's Hangout/Game room (great way to keep an eye on our teens, keep them off the streets and out of trouble). Don't forget the nanny cams. ; )

The whole idea of having a huge sectional lounging sofa where the whole family can curl up together and watch a movie is pretty awesome. Including the bean bag chair for the teen who thinks they are too grown to curl up with their parents :) .
