Pretty way of dealing with a slope. We only want stepping stones where necessary; we’d otherwise prefer flat lawn for the kids to play on.
Lighting
Nice and neat, I like the raised bit (purple hue, to the left) for texture
An example of what we don’t like: We dont like lawn that directly meets a garden bed (as in this photo). We’d prefer a hedge, or planter boxes
Colours.
Lighting and low maintenance. Paved area that’s good for riding tricycles around.
Turf could be nice on the back verandah if it fits with the look of the house
Could potentially use turf on the back verandah to make it more comfortable - not sure if it will look right though.
The use of planter boxes at different levels. (We don’t want rocks.)
