WE love this design and this is exactly what we are looking for in our home. We like the beams with some beams in the ceiling that are perpendicular to the trusses for a overall uniformity and flow. We like the flow of the wood from the great room to the dining room and kitchen and want this continuance of wood. We like the vertical beams integrating to the trusses with maybe stone instead of wood. We like the flow of the wood throughout this space.
We do not like the black accents in the trusses or beams. Maybe somewhere in this we can have some black metal accents to blend throughout our design.
