Smaller kitchen idea; don't hate the watery blue tile, the small eating area with large windows of light.
I can see this type of idea in a smaller kitchen

Large Windows looking to the back garden with a lot of natural lights and ventilation. A bench for social cooking is an interesting idea but maintaining it clean would be tough.
